Learn to move freely and powerfully and take charge of your life

Our first language was movement. Many of us have forgotten how to speak it. All of our issues come back to movement. Either a lack of it or a misplacement of it. By re-creating movement patterns in our bodies that are free and powerful, we can take charge of our lives.

My offering is to help you acknowledge and release movement patterns that are old, stuck and limiting your potential. Then, we create new movement patterns that allow you to directly access your freedom and power.

Meet Your Mentor

After 15 years of dedicated yoga practice, I found the classical Ashtanga yoga system and it changed the way I practice for good. A deep desire to share what I have found has led me to thousands of hours of teaching in studios, trainings, workshops and retreats around the world.

My role is to observe and view you through the lens of yoga practice so I can guide you through the layers of ignorance that you are not yet aware of. It is my firm belief that you know best. My aim is to guide and support you towards that knowledge.

The program will be 2-3 months long and involves weekly Zoom sessions where we talk and MOVE.

I offer my professional eye to address movement patterns that are holding you back and will then design movement practices for you to play and work with throughout the week.

Other important components of the Mentorship include ongoing WhatsApp communication and support, personalized assignments, accountability check-ins, and the collaborative development of a Movement Practice Library that remains yours after our work together is done.
