Private Yoga
One-on-one lessons.
Traditionally, Yoga is taught from one teacher to one student. There was no such thing as group classes. By learning yoga privately, we are going back to the roots and practicing authentically. There is so much that can be transferred when we give ourselves the opportunity to be seen by one set of eyes, one teacher, for a period of time.
Our work together is curated specifically to meet you where you are in your yoga practice. A typical session will include āsana (physical postures), breath practice, and discussion. Depending on your desires and interests, I may offer additional resources or instruct special practices to do at home between sessions.

I have both experience and certifications in the following areas: Yoga, dance, meditation, pilates, movement therapy, and integral anatomy.
After 15 years of dedicated yoga practice, I found the classical Ashtanga yoga system and it changed the way I practice for good. A deep desire to share what I have found has led me to thousands of hours of teaching in studios, trainings, workshops and retreats around the world.
My role is to observe and view you through the lens of yoga practice so I can guide you through layers of challenge. It is my firm belief that you know best. My aim is to guide and support you towards that knowledge.
