I get it...I’ve been there too.

As a new mom of a toddler, I was constantly running on empty.

I felt like I couldn’t keep up with anything—work, self-care, my partnership, even spending quality time with my kid. I was disconnected from my body and my energy was dwindling daily. The idea of finding time and space for myself felt impossible.

Then, I fell into one of the darkest and most challenging times of my life, and I realized I simply couldn’t go on like this. From a place of basic need, I started integrating a few minutes of easy, feel-good movement into my routine—something grounding and energizing. I was able to apply my twenty years of dance and yoga experience and turn it into what I needed most at that time. I didn't overcomplicate it, and it was enough to start shifting my energy and mindset.
